Important update for everyone planning gatherings at Franklin Park:
The Franklin Park Pavilion is CLOSED until renovations are complete.
Pavilion bookings must go through City Hall. You MUST book the pavilion through City Hall.
City Hall hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Phone: 870-322-7245 (call anytime).
Renovations are ongoing throughout the park as well. Please be careful and stay away from construction areas.
We can’t wait to unveil our new town park pavilion when all renovations are complete—new outside and siding, and the bathrooms remodeled too.
